Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns for the NeatWalk?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact our customer service team within 30 days to initiate a return. The product must be in new, unused condition.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. Generally, domestic (U.S.) deliveries take 3-7 business days. You can track the shipment using the tracking number provided.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, we can update your shipping address if your order hasn't yet been processed for shipment. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your updated details. Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we're unable to modify the delivery address. We recommend double-checking your shipping information during checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
